“I Can See When You’re Empowered, I Can See When You’re Not”

Imagine being able to tell your clients this. And not in a creepy, Orwellian sense, but as a simple matter of fact around the things you create together to structure and support their efforts.

A powerful and intentional coaching relationship will have you co-creating action plans to be executed, key numbers to track with targets to aim for, sharing helpful resources, and giving assignments to be worked through.

As the relationship marches on over the days and weeks between your sessions, you as coach will notice things falling by the wayside, resources not being accessed, or the key numbers going off the rails. Or the opposite!

When your clients know that YOU know, their showing up takes on a certain significance. The temptation to hide out or coast evaporates under the light of your awareness. In its place comes an eagerness to show up powerfully.

So create this with us clients as part of your up-front agreement on how we’ll work together. Get our buy-in and agreement to show up for and take seriously the things we (co-)create.  Not as some dictate of control, but as a matter-of-fact requisite for getting results out of working with you. You’re there for us, you’ve got our back when we need support, and you’re rooting for us at every turn.

CA is the hub for the setup of Action Plans, the tracking of Metrics, the sharing of Files, and the assigning and doing of Worksheets.

Each of these things leaves a comprehensive account of what’s done and what’s not.  This makes knowing how things are going, obvious.  You can see this anytime, at a glance, between sessions.  Your clients need not be consulted for an update.

It is a level of transparency that is generally unheard of in coaching relationships.

This awareness allows you to cheer your clients on, and course correct as needed.
