One time after a coaching call my coach emailed me an image he’d thoughtfully cooked up, a potent and pleasant reminder of some of the touchpoints we’d talked about:

I enjoyed seeing this, it brought back into my awareness some good perspective that had already more-or-less slipped my mind.
As well, I had like 17 more emails in my inbox to get to. I knew well enough that if that image lived only in that email, I’d probably never see it again once I clicked past that email and on to the next.
Your client’s email inbox is teeming with… a lot. If you send them something meaningful (session notes, a file, a link, a mere note of insight or encouragement), you can count on it to be read/seen/accessed one time. Anything beyond that is a crapshoot. (Some would argue that it being seen the one time is a crapshoot.)
What’s better is to provide your client with a sacred sanctuary for all things coaching. The one place that is the repository for all the things you want them to be left with, to remember, to have available to peruse. One that invites revisiting whenever they need some of that good stuff that you have so thoroughly provided. Where nothing else is vying for their attention.
An email inbox is not that.
You can provide something better. Something they’ll value, something that extends the reach of your otherwise fleeting coaching calls.
Your clients might delight in learning you’ve got something better in store for them.
CoachAccountable is that sanctuary.
It’s the place where all those Session Notes and Key Insights accumulate.
Where the current action plan can be seen and past completions be reviewed.
Where the results tracked via Metrics all live as pretty graphs.
Where all files shared are listed for easy access.
For anything coaching related? Your client can pop into their own personal portal of working with you, and find it all.
